Curse of Osiris is short and disappointing. It takes about 2 hours to complete all content. This is not an expansion. This is bullshit.
It is literally 5 story missions and 3 adventures. 2 hours max content. When the 'raid lair' comes they said that will be roughly 45 minutes.
Whole "expansion" < 3 hours.
Bullshit
**And to the people saying I haven't played it or I have no characters on my profile. You're clearly blind. Also play on 2 platforms. PC Primarily. PS4 was just for launch.

It's a little disappointing, but whatever.

Edited by tlove: 12/6/2017 10:21:14 PMBungie employee is too busy playing warframe to care about Destiny 2. It's like Destiny 2 wants to be like warframe where we have MODS, Weapon Crafting, and how the map layout is puzzled together so that it's always different. I like Destiny 2 and I want them to do well but it's so boring that I started Warframe. Thanks, BUNGIE!

As much as the bland content and linear the gameplay truly is. People should not expect an entire game worth of play. They should’ve spent time updating D1 graphics and expansions. Honestly with games like Assassins Creed Origins, Witcher, and Farcry if you want content play them.
-
Remember when they hyped up the infinite forest, but it's not actually a patrol area, it's only for when you have an adventure I would've spent so much time in there if it was like a proper randomized dungeon

You know what else is short and disappointing?
seriously though I agree with what you’re saying
So is your sex life! Boom! Burn!

2 RepliesYou Maniacs! You blew it up! Ah, damn you! God damn you all to hell!

Sorry are you describing the DLCs or your girlfriends critique of your performance in the bedroom?
-
I interpret that as nerf fusion rifles.

2 RepliesThat's exactly how TDB and HoW were to. But for some reason, everyone loves them because of nostalgia....

Lmao glad I was waiting.

1 ReplyYou are out of your damn mind. This mission sequence is in an amazing setting and has the best level design outside of the Raids to date. First time I have wanted to run three characters just so I could do the story missions again. It makes the Dark Below and the House of Wolves campaigns look like an absolute joke by comparison. Get some!

1 ReplyDid i just get trolled? Seriously 2 tokens and a blue from pub event on mercury....

7 Replies2 hours? I did it in 2 hours rushing on my second character. Maybe the issue is u wanna burn through the story as fast as u can without taking time to enjoy. You’re expecting a $60 story in a $20 dlc. And let’s not forget that it’s still much longer than either D1 dlc. I assume you grinder to 330, got all the ornaments, got all the new exotics, and got all u need from eververse if ur already complaining

36 RepliesEdited by Dovahborg: 12/6/2017 7:48:34 PMIts not an expansion, its a dlc. In D1, the first two dlc's were the same thing. 2-4 hours of story, new exotics and legendarys, new crucible map, new area, new social space along with either a raid or side activity. A dlc is DownLoadable "Content" being the main word. An Expansion is exactly what it state's. An expanding of the game. What you got was "Content" not an "Expansion" *Update: comments will be ignored due to me installing the new "DLC" for my younger bro. Salty's may feel free to vent!*
Same goes for everbody else
2 RepliesPlayed with my warlock last night , now im wondering what to do ? Guess its crucible again ? No i dont have all the exotics , have done the story , done the orange thing missions , played the new public event enough to know i aint getting any thing good from them chests. Raid ? not today This game is heading back to a tuesday reset game faster than the story took to complete.
-
Finished story missions and adventures last night. I didnt mind that it was short...I did mind that it was boring and didnt offer much for the lore of destiny. Worst DLC bungie has ever put out. TDB had a raid at least.
-
That's what sheeeee said! Emirite?
-
Edited by reenry: 12/6/2017 9:04:14 PM8 story missions. Length of all other DLC campaigns really.
-
The game already gave me the new trace rifle and ornament so really I already got what I came for in less then a day.
-
I don't know. I'm only about just under 2 hours in and I'm enjoying the dlc. Granted I didn't log on and immediately rush to Mercury to speed run the story. I've been checking out the new gear, leveling up my gear between engrams. I've been bashing bungie pretty good over the past few weeks but this dlc is good. My opinion might change once I finish it and get to 330. I still need to check out the heroic strikes and that is what needs to be on par to make this dlc good.

Is the DLC required to get the new weapons and gear?
