Curse of Osiris is short and disappointing. It takes about 2 hours to complete all content. This is not an expansion. This is bullshit.
It is literally 5 story missions and 3 adventures. 2 hours max content. When the 'raid lair' comes they said that will be roughly 45 minutes.
Whole "expansion" < 3 hours.
Bullshit
**And to the people saying I haven't played it or I have no characters on my profile. You're clearly blind. Also play on 2 platforms. PC Primarily. PS4 was just for launch.

14 RepliesEdited by Voice of Riven: 12/6/2017 5:19:05 PMThe campaign may be short but what’s there is good. The level design this time around is much more improved. It has good boss battles, some beautiful locations, and an interesting(though could’ve been better) storyline. Not only that but from what I’ve played of PvP. It’s a lot more fun this time around and the guns seem to match up with the D2 guns like Mida and Uriel’s allowing you to fight them back. Not only that, there also seems to be an actual incentive to play the strikes and adventures. Before that was not there. For a twenty dollar expansion it’s pretty good. and last but not least the exotics from what I’ve seen are actually powerful and will be worth grinding for.

Just like my bed skills :(

They should put some effort into making sure you can't just run past literally every single part of the dlc lol the new strikes in infinite forest you can run straight to the boss without firing a shot.
-
For $20 I would say that it is actually a pretty good value. You get a new campaign, new pvp maps, new armor and weapons, and more.. other games don't give you half that much stuff. Sure it has shortcomings, but it's not the worst ever, by far.
-
Yeah, I thought Gary was easy but damn...

2 RepliesSo we learned kind of nothing about osiris lol. Another exo stranger gone in the wind.

For anyone wondering about getting Microsoft and Sony to refund you if you didn't buy the DLC you're in luck! This may likely be removed, but Bungie done f%£ked up! Whatever money grabbing idiots are running the show finally went too far so go ahead and contact Sony and Microsoft for your refund while you can. You simply need to tell them that D2 is now broken due to the DLC and can't be completed. What I hear you ask. Well thanks to their utter stupidity Bungie moved an achievement to behind the paywall. This achievement is on record with Microsoft and Sony as being in the vanilla game! It can't be achieved now without paying for the optional DLC. Yep the prestige achievement has been locked behind the paywall! Your base game is now officially not able to be completed and you can get a refund. Took me just 20 minutes and some back and forth-ing as neither Sony nor Microsoft are aware Bungie did this! You don't have to even try too hard just make sure the assistant at the other end understands that you can't get all the achievements and thus can't Platinum (Sony) and 100% (Microsoft) the game as it stands. Don't lie though. You don't need to as you and everyone else including S and M will not have known this was going to happen.

6 RepliesEven IGN isn't liking it at all. This DLC will possibly get the lowest score out of all them. http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/12/07/destiny-2-curse-of-osiris-review

2 RepliesAgree worst destiny dlc to date, I know the others were short as well but at least the base system in D1 meant the guns, gear stats, exotics and light level were worth grinding for in each dlc and the PvP was fun as well. D2 is just a bit shit overall so any dlc is also going to be "just a bit shit" also

1 ReplyEdited by Brotein Bruh: 12/7/2017 10:03:03 AMI mean it's not the most impressive story but can we all just take a moment to appreciate the past mercury? The first time I saw it I was in awe. Every time I went there I had to just take in the view. I wish the whole dlc was based around that place.

Feeling pretty upset knowing that I bought the season pass edition at launch. This is crap.
-
I didn’t pay for the game or season pass(game share ftw) but I can finally say, after defending this game countless times, that I’m done. A lot of good games on the market with tons more replay value.
yes I’m salty because I used to love this game
25 RepliesRise of iron costed more and was actually shorter. This is a small dlc not a real expansion so you shouldn’t have expected much
-
19 RepliesWhat did you want a full length game. For 20 dollars? But you know what if you got a full length game for ten dollars you all would still complain. We got way more than House of wolves and Crota and it's still not enough for the crybabies out there.
-
2 RepliesSo you have completed all content including: the 330 level raid All new heroic strikes The new public event. Yes or no?
-
The story was ok but to short disappointed that there's nothing really to grind since coming back I thought the faction thing would of started but no can't even do that yet I've been to mercury to do the story and adventures and then it was back to EDZ for public event farm but that got boring quick. I just hope that this raid lair thing is worth it because at the moment what little content there has been with the DLC I doubt I'll keep playing till April. It just feels like D2 has had a little update patch not a DLC released for it I love this game but I think I was expecting more when I heard it was no longer going to support 360 PS3 & then it was going to PC I thought on the DLCs will be a healthy size.
-
Wrong..it’s fine for a DLC expansion. Destiny is evolving everyday. It’s a great game. Is it perfect? No but it gets better constantly..
-
6 RepliesDid you play it all yet? Did you do every single thing you could do?

7 Replies$20.00 is one hours worth of work for me. So... 1hrs work = 3hrs entertainment Seems fair to me.
-
179 RepliesEdited by Willie Killigan: 12/6/2017 11:44:21 AMDoes it really matter? The story could be 50 hours you would still complain. 20 bucks is dinner for 2 and a McFlurry from McDonalds. 20 bucks is 2 dollars shy of a 2 hour movie rehashed from the 90s. 20 bucks won’t even fill my gas tank. The problem is many of you have inflated expectations and lack of common sense.

1 ReplyI feel like I’m ruined after taken king, the dreadnaught and it’s hidden secrets has me always looking for more but coming up empty handed
-
2 RepliesWant to know what else is short and disappointing?
-
I Agree if Bungie plans are for a 3rd one. I'll be waiting for the ultimate edition will all DLC'S and expansions. Orsiris and Resputin are DLC'S. Not expansions Witcher3 has expansions this crap is DLC content. Nothing more nothing less.
