We LOVE destiny. There is no skipping around that fact.
We are a passionate playerbase that only wants the best for this game and for bungie as a company.
Destiny 1 opened doors that i never even knew existed in a video game genre...but Destiny 2 slammed many of those doors shut again.
Destiny has so much potential, its a mile wide but only an inch deep.
We aren't angry with any of the developers personally, we are just frustrated because we know Destiny 2 could be so much more than what it is currently.
Just know Bungie that all of this noise coming in your direction comes from our desire to delve deep into your game...you just have to let us.
Work with us and the game will build itself.
Edit: The angry comments really are concerning. I'm shocked how quickly this community is turning on itself.

2 RepliesI still enjoy d1 daily

Got the preorder and will see what happens but I’ve honestly moved on

2 RepliesAdd a level/rank system for crucible. Just like Halo 2 or even league of legends with LP. There is no reason to pvp anymore. I shouldn't have to go on destiny tracker to check my MMR and shit.

Edited by Insane956: 11/29/2017 9:24:55 PMThis game has always been a clusterfukk. So nothing new here.

1 Reply"a mile wide and an inch deep." Nail on the head. Totally agree.

4 RepliesWhere is the blog post

I'm not frustrated. I beat it. Enjoyed my time with it, played the raid, did some trials, got my platinum trophy, and moved on.

I’m annoyed because there is so much potential with destiny and bungie gets really close sometimes to making an amazing game, but then makes a weird change or questionable balance changes. This is the company that made halo for crying out loud! I know that many halo devs have left, but there must be some left. What I’m trying to say is, they are so close, yet so far.

2 RepliesI love the potential. I want great things. If it delivered, it would probably be my main game. Can you deliver Bungie?

I haven't been playing that much lately but Im hopeful for the future.

16 RepliesMore like because you're whiny new-school gamers that feel entitled to a particular videogame dominating your lives for an inordinate amount of time being you can't possibly come to grips with the fact that it's just a game and not literally a lifestyle choice. Or something like that.

Destiny always has that one thing potential. My issue with that is that many good people just don't have the patience for that potential to come around it has been 4 years. The Division also had potential and while every now and again I jump back to scratch that itch its never the same I don't want the same to happen with Destiny

1 ReplyCorporate greed at it's worse. Ice moved on to warframe.

Bungie giveth and taketh away.

Great post.

2 RepliesHaven’t played in over a month, and I used to play d1 at least 4 hours a day. If they don’t address any issues and go back to the old system I’ll just uninstall, lol what a waste of 100$ that I could have spent on food

The angry comments really are adorable. I'm shocked about how quickly this community is turning on itself.
Don't worry about them. We aren't going to let a tiny portion of the community silence the vast, VAST majority. The very few that think the game is fine the way it is won't silence the massive crowd that think it needs tons of work to get all the way up to the standard of "Okay". Keep doing what your doing and ignore the idiots. Seriously, ignore them. Downvote their comments, and stop replying to them. Other than a downvote, they don't exist.

Yes! I agree. BIG FAT BUMP
-
We are frustrated because the good stuff destiny had are gone...
-
You are absolutely right! I want this game to feel awesome again and it can be. They know what we don't like, I'm confident they will change things for the better! Go bungie, cause a lot of us haven't lost trust in you!

1 ReplyThere's no fixing the core systems that are in D2. I loved Destiny. I lurk the forums because of that love. Do I play D2? Fuq no! Will I ever play D2 again? Fuq no! Why? I believe there's no fixing it.
