Then they proceed to make people pay cash to have a chance at getting back that old loot they earned and paid for by paying more cash?
Same with re-using old areas we already paid for but got left behind for the 'new' game
What the hell is this all about?

3 RepliesEdited by ALM1GHTY PUN: 11/2/2017 5:07:04 PMTower got blown up means ur vault, now pretend ur at piece no need for weapons, so everything is gone and in the new game u have stuff to grind for. Also let's ppl "find" those old weapons they like so much when they are released. How much fun could you have if u literally started with all ur old stuff and Max light. And everything coming back will be super easy to get, example, current RNG. And so far wink what areas did they bring back?

Personally I have spent: (Ozzi Dollars) D1 Original Full Box Set $(109 - 129) Can't remember 2 D1 DLCs @ $59 each ($118) 1 D1 New Content (Taken King) Box Set $(109 - 129) Can't remember D2 Digital Edition Full + Passes $(109 - 129) Can't remember 4 Destiny Digital Sound Tracks @ $10 each That comes to (using lowest figures) $485 that I've spent so far So how much more do I have to pay before I can get back to some of the original content maps? So I'm in two minds because if Bungie never gives back the old content then I'm just paying more for newer content and that's ok. That's no different to paying more dollars for more games from the same or different vendors. But if after several hundred dollars I suddenly get "The Moon" or "The Cosmodrome" back then I'm kind of excited but at the same time feeling pretty stupid for paying that much to get back what I originally only paid a fraction for. That's like paying more dollars for the same game. Have you ever done that; gone to the video store hired a video for $10 get back home and realise that you've already seen it. Feels pretty stupid, ha!

1 ReplyI don’t understand that either. I understand things got destroyed but that doesn’t explain why all the ship designs changes, it just doesn’t make sense when the whole premise of the plot is “this happens immediately next”

12 RepliesJust so you guys know, he has never played the game. For some reason he just likes to complain about things on the forums.

1 ReplyYup, bungie is overly pathetic at this point.

1 ReplyI agree, I had a feeling on one hand they would pull this move, even still, I thought they had learned things from the last 3 years. Hell d2 is worse then vanilla division

Keep on trying bud. You'll get laid one day.
But probably not
4 RepliesJesus christ Viper, do you spend all day in the forums complaining. If you hate the game so much -blam!-ing stop playing and get off the forums.

2 RepliesHave you played world of Warcraft cause every expansion takes away your gear you worked hard for l, same principle applies here too.

1 ReplyIsn’t this like illegal or something? We already paid for this stuff
-
7 RepliesThey didn’t scrap all loot, they just blew up the shit “you” had in the tower. There’s a difference. If it’s so easy to come up with exotic weapons after D1 how about you create one. I guarantee it will be garbage or some lame ass copy of a D1 exotic.

26 RepliesEdited by Xenomorph: 11/2/2017 9:58:49 AMSo let me get this straight... Forums: "You took away all our old stuff that we paid for? You took away all the parts of the world we paid for? F U Bungo!" Forums: "You're recycling old environments, weapons, armor etc and you're making us pay for it again even though it's a teeny tiny little part of the game? F U Bungo!" That about right? Get your story straight guys... Your schizophrenic is showing. At this point Lethal, your posts are no longer "bait", they're flat out trolling. I liked you better when you used real bait.

3 RepliesI like the idea of bringing back parts that people liked from the first game. Why not bring back maps, locations, weapons and armor that people liked? I mean don’t go overboard and forget to make new content as well, but I like bringing back the aspects that the community liked from the first game. Other games have done this before, why is it so bad destiny does this?
-
I think there was a better way to handle the recycled content idea... Story to add to point. (If you have time lol)...
I was on IB hours after it launched. I spawned in to what I thought was the competitive map from the Beta(something shores lol). I then proceeded to make the outward flank towards B flag only to stop and spin around trying to figure out where the hell I was lol. When I realized I had no clue, even though I had played that map several times in the beta and since launch, I just decided to find B flag and make the push. I found myself coming the left flank of A towards B, when suddenly I realized I was on shores of time...somehow? Seconds later, I had went from lost as hell, to knowing the map like the back of my hand! I didn’t see the spoiler that was posted in the TWAB until hours later lol. It was however a fun and unexpected trip down memory lane!
I think they should introduce the old, but along with the new, and they might as well keep quiet about what the old is! Example: In a few weeks curse of Osiris will be coming out, and we will be spending time on Venus. There will be new weapons/gear to introduce. It would be cool imo, if they introduce an exotic quest and along the way you obtain fate bringer. A few missions later you obtain said exotic. Also with the DLC there will be new maps. Along with the new map, introduce a re-make of Vertigo etc...

"In the beginning was the greed and the greed was with Bungie and the greed was Bungie. The greed was with Bungie in the beginning. Through the greed Destiny was made; without the greed no Destiny was made that has been made. In the greed was the cashflow, and that cashflow was the detriment of all gamers. The greed shines strong amongst us, and we cannot overcome it." The Gospel According to Bungie 1: 1-5

Well they've been taken shit away and selling it back to players for three years in D1, it worked so why stop now.
