If there is no new raid, what does “raid content” mean?

Bungie are that good at false advertising that they could have been behind Trump's presidential campaign. This DLC release trailer plus the last TWAB are a masterstroke. The community was up in arms a couple of weeks ago about how bad the game was and how it's never going to get any better so what do bungie do? make a huge list of hollow promises that they can't keep or will keep but in a way that doesn't benefit us at all. Then they release a big shiny new trailer with more hollow promises and the vast majority of the community laps it up like nothing ever happened. When are these people going to wake up? Those of us that have been here long enough have seen it happen AGAIN and AGAIN and AGAIN. Do you want to know what's going to happen? Bungie are going to keep releasing reskinned DLC packs under the guise of "adding content" within each of those DLC's they will make just enough QOL improvements to the game to placate the fanboys and we are left with a bloated average game in 3 years time. Then in D3 it will start all over again. I blame all of us for this. I blame myself for this. By supporting Bungie for all 3 years of D1 i have given Bungie a silent nod of approval that they can do whatever they want and i will happily bend over and say "take me for all i've got Bungie". You all know the problems with the game so i won;t go and list them again but everyone needs to stop supporting Bungie until they actually make some significant changes. I'm not talking about a promise either (we all know they mean jack shit to Bungie) i want, and we should all want actual EVIDENCE that they are working in OUR interest, their fans (not so much at the moment) and their customers.

You went from having a bunch of up voted posts that legitimately criticize the game, and now that you criticize the new content, you get a ton of downvotes. It's crazy how hype works.

1.) The Lighthouse is a social space. If anyone even calls that content in the first place, I'd be very surprised. 2.) We have only seen VoG in a cutscene. This does not confirm that it is in the game as a play space, but if it is, it will almost certainly not be the raid, and simply a mission area. 3.) Literally 2, maybe 3 weapons are returning, assuming Thorn was indeed included. You love to smash the game, and whenever someone calls you out for it, you bash them for being a desticle and that it's only an opinion. However you sure spend a lot of time on these forums for someone who supposedly has given up on Destiny. How's real life working out for ya? And let me clarify: these forums are literal shit right now. Every other post on the trending page is someone bashing the game or calling for up votes for something Bungie has already acknowledged.
