But it is a metric.
In any case if you spent that much time on a game and not enjoying the time spend on it, just go play/do something else you do enjoy perhaps(?)
Sell the game if you can and if not o well just move on(?) else you'll just stress yourself more and more for no reason.

I have moved on - that was my point in the original post. The problem was I expected D2 to be better than Vanilla D1. I guess that was my problem - should have tempered my expectations.

Objectively D2 is better than D1 Vanilla and in some areas better than D1Y3 problem is, it lacks reasons to play it pass certain point lol, which they say "they are fixing soon".

By definition, your opinion is subjective, not objective. So what you should have said was:
Subjectively D2 is better than D1 Vanilla and in some areas better than D1Y3 problem is, it lacks reasons to play it pass certain point lol, which they say "they are fixing soon".
Also, lacking "reasons to play" is, by default, an awful state to be in regarding a game as games are designed to play. If a game "lacks reasons to play", it is by definition a "terrible game." For example: KotOR is now backwards compatible on the One, and I have been playing that again after 14 years. It is a great game AND gives me reasons to play. 14 year old game, and I have experienced more enjoyment playing that this week than I have playing D2 for the past month and a half. Go figure...

While my opinion is subjective yes, I was reffering to the changes made to the game, servers and all that but alright. I'm glad you found something else to do that you enjoy while hopefully D2 will keep getting better, who knows maybe someday you'll enjoy it too. Anyways, g2g have fun :)
