Seems really creepy and weird having all these people who don't even play the game here talking to people. Seriously, why are they even here in the first place?
My guess is they already got banned from Facebook and YouTube, so they have to come here now. Thoughts?
Do I have a good point? Or am I way off?

Many users have been posting here since long before destiny was a game. Half the forum is dedicated to topics other than destiny

I think it's just pubescent introverts with no social skills using this as a platform to make themselves feel better. Pathetic but not creepy imho....

2 RepliesThanks to all the trolls coming to prove my point. No time to actually play, but plenty of time to waste quoting every sentence, and proving me right while attempting to prove me wrong. Please continue to do so. I am in college working on another Master's degree. Don't have time for little kids on the internet trying to act smart and failing miserably. It was nice shining a light on the trolls though!!! Argue amongst yourselves. I am positive more trolls will continue to prove my point. Cheers!

10 RepliesOr people have their accounts privated for personal reasons? I have my account privated because people on this forum seems to thin your arguement is only as strong as your K/D and gives them an excuse to laugh off rational and logical arguements from people with adverage k/ds rather then adressing the points they made directly.

1 ReplyI mean, it'd be boring not seeing as much disagreement in the forums. If I wanted to see only positive posts, I'd go to Reddit. I come here to see what other people don't like and find a way to understand it like, "Oh, I can see where you're coming from on that topic..."

1 ReplyEdited by firerwolf: 8/17/2017 3:26:42 AMYou should have to have a character to post at all, cut down the alt accounts people have to avoid having their main account banned. You should be willing to put your account behind your words. But for the feedback forums you should have to have played recently and have the latest dlc/D2, before you can post. Why is feedback from a guy who hasn't played in a year allowed to be on the same forum as a weekly player?

1 ReplyIf they got banned from bookface and tubeyou, I bet they would be on twits before bungie's site.
-
1 ReplyIf they have played destiny they can use the forums.

Because everybody loves a good dose of censorship...

6 RepliesThey shouldn't be allowed in feedback that's for sure. But I think they should be able to post in off topic if they want. Feedback should be for people who actually play the game.

11 RepliesEdited by Swiftlock: 8/18/2017 2:10:20 AMBungie has made other games besides Destiny, you know.
-
2 RepliesI thought Bungie was requiring linked console accounts in order to make a new Bungie account. Seems like a good idea because this is the Bungie forum for people playing Bungie's game, not reddit.

No, Down vote me anonymous players
-
1 ReplyAnyone who takes the time to make an account should be able to post - it really isn't difficult to use mute or report anyone that is abusing the system.
-
1 ReplyFor OffTopic and gaming, no. The non-Destiny people have their place and tend to stick there.
-
1 ReplyWhy do you even care bruh? Does it impede your ability to use the app or play the game or are you just needing something to complain about?
-
31 RepliesI have a 5470 grim but no characters. I deleted my guardians when the beta came out I'm done with D1. I should be able to post shouldn't I?
-
2 RepliesYou just need to look into why people get involved, makes no sense for bungie to be even more of an incompetent ass to their fans.
-
10 RepliesPosting privileges in the D2 Feedback sub should be reserved for active players - those who own the latest DLC and have played in the last two weeks.
-
I think you should need to login in to destiny once or twice a month to post here.
-
1 ReplySome players do not link their account or use an alt GT to post. Doesn't mean they don't play, they may not want spammed nastygrams in their message box. Some may have stopped playing, deleted their characters yet are keeping track of the game. There are still a lot of players that want to and would come back providing Bungie make some changes that made them quit.

3 RepliesNo characters = no forum access. How about - no playtime in the last 7 days = no forum access? Have fun and may RNG be forever in your favor.
-
To talk in the forums, you need to buy destiny or destiny 2, and play it already
-
2 RepliesNope People without characters or playtime in the game should be banned from the forums. To many bitter pricks with no characters are faking profiles and writing $hit that has 0 benefit to the community or developers.
-
4 RepliesCurrent account with Destiny history should be req.
-
2 RepliesWhat's with the people that have gotten a perm ban for the forum and it wasn't a harasment/insult ?
