Create your own modifiers!

What's a cool modifier that you can come up with? Something that would be cool to see in strikes! Here's two I had in mind. Apollo - Gravity has less of an impact on you, jump to greater heights!     Orchestral : Supers and abilities used simultaneously between teammates increases their damage and effectiveness whilst active. Enemies that attack together deal increased damage. ~[i]beware the fire between the fiddles [/i]

  • Ice skating - you have less friction on the ground Harsh winds - guardians and projectiles get pushed back slightly when in the air Ghost malfunction - create a an explosion when revived, dealing damage to nearby allies Unstable armor - create an explosion on death, dealing damage to nearby enemies Devourer of light - enemies drain super energy when dealing damage Cleanse the darkness - killing enemies greatly recharges super energy and extends super duration

    Spartan: Melee, grenade, super, and Class abilities do not charge. Killing majors and ultras fully restores grenade energy, and you can store up to two grenade charges. Power slot disabled, but power weapons can be equipped in Kinetic and Energy slots. Use It Wisely: Super durations doubled. Super energy begins fully charged but does not recharge once used.

    Sacrifice: 1 min of full auto, one shot kills, rotating elemental damage, Wolfpack rounds and napalm. Warning! Chosen weapon will explode after duration (destroying the weapon), severely damaging the user.

  • To glory, to battle, to death. Enemy numbers are greatly increased along with enemy health and damage, extra bosses join in the end. Permanent supers with increased damage.

    I have 2 for fun. Encumbered: Sprint is disabled if your gaurdian is carrying more than 2 items in any weapon or armor slots. This includes the weapon or armor piece being used. ( Basically you can wear a helmet and have one to switch to. Or your primary plus one backup weapon) etc... This limits what you can bring. Armored: Your gaurdian has an overshield that replenishes when not taking damage. Upon death you cannot be revived until your fireteam clears the area ( or round if Poe, forge, or court) of enemies.

    • Glass - Slain enemies reduce your Guardians defenses for a short period. Crystal - Increased defense when allied guardians are down. Siphon - Gain health when landing critical hits. Ply - Kinetic damage is doubled against Shielded foes. Clover - Increases the amount of currency earned when defeating foes. Ragnarok - All enemies now have Major health upgrades.

      • I just thought of some more Ghillie: Enemies are camouflaged unless damaged, does not affect bosses Thunderstorm: Arc energy bolts will strike players and enemies occasionally Wildfire: Fire will erupt from the ground, damaging players and enemies Blackhole: A mini vortex will suck players and enemies in and do damage to them. There is a strong roulette the closer you are to the vortex. Sword Logic: Hive enemies do more damage and are more aggressive Become One: Vex enemies appear in higher numbers and are stronger Whirlwind: Fallen enemies are more aggressive and have higher tier reinforcements It Is Ours: Cabal enemies are stronger and have higher tier reinforcements. Faction Support: Your Faction will drop supplies for you during the activity (ammo, relics, AI helpers, etc)

Shields are not affected by this Only one grenade (or two if you have two charges) No super no minimap No indication of teammates Friendly fire on Your ghost can take damage and if it dies you can't be revived Night time: Map is darker than usual Enemies deal x2 damage (but take normal amount) More enemies than usual with more enemy types as well (vex on an earth strike) More ultras/majors Darkness zones make an area x2 darker (for a total of x4) Abilities charge rate x0.5 Handling decreased Health regeneration decreased Agility decreased Ammo drops decreased Boss has X1.5 health Boss has X1.2 damage Double minions spawn at boss fight

        • Some: Daredevil: If your whole team dies, you will be returned to orbit, and your character will not be allowed to participate in the Nightfall until next Weekly Reset. (Guaranteed Exotic if completed) Versatile: Guardian Damage is decreased, but all Guardian attributes have been improved. Heavy: Guardian Damage is increased, but all Guardian attributes have been decreased. (Both Versatile and Heavy mean that your Damage output is increased/decreased but things like weapon perks and attributes, armor perks and attributes, subclass tree perks and attributes? recovery/agility/armor will either improve or degrade, meaning that a specific perk won’t work well, or will work well.) Barebone: Guardian health will not replenish, but Guardian shields will regenerate at a greater rate. Rapid Blow: Increased rate of fire for all weapons, but minions of the darkness will deal greater damage to you. Muggler: For all equipped weapons you will just not get ammo for those weapons at all!
