So many ppl are saying that the Sentinel is/looks OP. It's so stupid that people are saying that something is OP. Dawnblade looks stronger. God knows how many of those things the super can throw.
The Sunbreaker nerf was super dumb. I get Why they nerfed It but the damn super got like 9 nerfs instead of 1 that It needed. The sandbox is a mess beacuse ppl complain.
-
11 Repliesit is op From the gameplay, it is being used exactly like bladedancer Health regen on kill, spam attack button to gain speed
-
Dawnblade is pretty bad, the durability is horrible
-
Honestly from what gameplay I have seen...Striker looks the most promising.
-
7 RepliesIt's literally impossible to know if Sentinel will be annoying until we actually play against it for a while.
-
The sunbreaker Nerf was necessary the sentinel is just fine the shield throw I feel should have a slightly shorter cool down though
-
1 ReplyIt is the height of absurdity that people are carrying on about something they haven't even tried.
-
1 ReplyDude the game is based around scrubs. It will be nerfed into the ground.. Sorry.
-
Sunbreaker was ridiculous when it was first released there's no denying that it wouldn't die to a sniper headshot you had to put two rocket into them to kill them everyone would run when they heard the sound
-
7 RepliesJust an FYI, sunbreakers are currently the strongest class in destiny.
-
C'mere, I wanna whisper something to you. *inhale* People cry when they can't fight something *inhale again* Look at Bladedancer, Voidwalker, Blink, Shadestep and most weapons in Destiny *final inhale* You'll see what I mean

3 RepliesHammes where op as -blam!- when realised so ya but sentinel looks way to good
-
1 ReplyThey probably will because all the little pole dancers will cry and bitch that it kills them. So be prepared.

2 RepliesEdited by Synge_X: 7/16/2017 4:11:16 AMAaaaaaaaaAnd this post is proof that a large portion of the Destiny community, including many prominent posters, have a very toxic mind set. There are literally twice the number of posts(if not more) talking about what people cry nerf over, than there are cries for nerfs. In fact, it is this very mindset that is figuratively a perfect common ground between those that hate the community(based on a deep, sick illness that comes from anonymity) and those that hate Bungie. The keyword here is hate... it is this kind of post that plays into the most base nature of people, as well as the proclivity towards blaming an out-group(scapegoat), for disappointment and failure. The effects of this mindset are the following: 1. User A posts a well written, idea describing a new game mode, complete with specifics on code tricks, and optimization. 0 likes. User B writes a click bait title, one sentence subject(what could be considered one) with no punctuation, salt, and the word nerf is mentioned. gets 200 likes. 2. Tribalism, factionalism, in-fighting(Friends fighting friends), toxicity, ridicule, bullying, bans, and all around BS. Screw it, here's some Pink Floyd https://youtu.be/nDbeqj-1XOo
This song talks about the same concept.
Let's just see how it plays first.

4 RepliesEdited by Saxifraga: 7/14/2017 11:47:35 AMNo. It's a mess, because the team is incompetent.
-
2 RepliesI think that they'll let it play as written through the beta, the others as well. Then, they'll tweak them based on what they see in the beta. So let's not count our nerf chickens before they hatch. Who knows, maybe the true OP one will be the one we don't expect...
-
1 ReplyBungie will nerf EVERYTHING the community complains about...i know it,you know it...the whole gaming world knows it 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
-
1 ReplyIt's going to be just like before. Constant cries for nerfs over everything. Whiny players will find things to b!tch about, because they will always blame the gear for their problems. Anything stronger than a primary will be fair game for these guys, which is EVERYTHING.

7 RepliesEdited by TotalDramaGamer: 7/13/2017 11:41:02 PMYou know that they're going to use the all mighty bar graph based on 'who picked what the most' to determine what is OP or not. I can see it now... "Our goal for the guardian classes was to have a 33% ratio between titan/hunter/warlocks in Destiny 2. Obviously, as you can see with the bar graph, 50% of the players were Titans while Hunters got 30% and Warlocks got a mere 20%." "Thus, it is conclusive to say that Warlocks will now get a 13% range buff to their melee and Titans will now take 17% longer to charge their supers, along with, a 17% nerf to their overall base damage to throwing shields and orb generation. As Hunters were just on the cusp of our goal... we decided to make the Arcstrider staff .04% longer to contend with the added Warlock melee range." "See you next time on our up and coming TWAB!"

They nerfed the sunbreaker and that was good but then they un-nerfed it. The sentinel is already obviously OP.
-
I think the dawnblade looks worse.....
-
1 ReplyPoledancer beat sentinel in a 1v1. It isn't op.
-
9 RepliesI mean to be fair, Sunbreaker is still one of the strongest roaming supers in the game. It needed the nerfs that it got. Now Bladedancer...that was nerfed into the ground more times than I could have possibly imagined.
-
Toooooooo late, next patch that comes out in November titans will throw and block with pillows.
-
So far from what we've seen they all look pretty good. Only looking like 1 or maybe 2 possible supers per PvP match
-
5 RepliesWhinny hunters will be on this forum crying until everything none hunter is nerfed. I don't see that changing anytime soon.
