-
I got this error once, just wait or play another game until to goes away.
-
Restore licenses and update your ps4. That worked for me
-
actively download and install the latest patch from sony; restore licences; it worked for me
-
1 ReplyI just went to the settings menu, then down to system software update and download it. I think there is always a download available there even if you've updated recently. Worked for me and a friend I just now referred it to.
-
Log out of your Destiny Item Manager. Then restart PS4. Should do the trick.
-
1 ReplyI was getting same message I just installed 4.72 update now its working Hope this helps
-
I've tried restoring license, setting my status to offline, restarting multiple times. Nothing has worked. Damn you bungo!
-
Sorry guys. My PlayStation plus expired so I've been borrowing accounts. My bad.
-
while it doesn't really answer anything, at least I know I am not alone with this. Has there been an answer yet?

I'm having the same problem. I log in, but once I select a character, It says "Your permissions may have been changed" and all that garbage. I tried closing the game but it didn't fix it. Please help bungie.
-
I have been getting this error for over 5 hours. Was able to get in once for 30 minutes and when trying to change characters.... BAM! .... "your permission to access online multilayer game play may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." Either this is an error or you have been hacked Bungie. Either way.... fix it, we are paying for this and some of our time is limited.
-
Same here... permission to access online multiplayer bla-bla-bla, may have been signed in elsewhere, bla-bla-bla. Cleared my cache. Restored my licenses. Refreshed my LAN connection God damn game still won't let me play.
-
5 RepliesI can't even get in the damn game. Once I pick my guardian I immediately get a message that says I have lost connection with Destiny servers. WTF Bungo???
-
What worked for me (strangely) was going to my account, setting it to "appear offline" and then back to "appear online". I was able to sign in right after.
-
5 Repliesrestore your licences under account management then turn of then back on should work since i just done it that way and i am okay now
-
I've been getting the same error tonight. I changed my password just to make sure but still getting the same error. It's obviously on Bungie's end.
-
1 ReplySame here in Germany....it was a bit scary! ;p
-
1 ReplySame here... for about an hour now.
-
Getting the same message :/
-
restored licenses, cleared cache, still getting the error message.
-
I restored my Licenses, restarted my system and it is working now.
-
