What's your excuse for playing Destiny?
I've had it with this game. It's been 3 years and this game has been in the worst state of Crucible and lack of content since the end of Y1.
I only play for IB anymore, and is all that is even decent anymore.

Well the same reason I have been gaming for the last 30+ years . I have fun gaming it's an escape from the real world for a few hours.

I only sweat and do trials to help people go flawless

Because it's so easy at this point I can mute the TV and play the game while listening to iTunes.

Fun? I know it's crazy to play a game for fun, but that's what most people do. The whole "game" thing should be a huge clue as to people's motivations.

Why do you need an excuse? I still play it because I enjoy it. Isn't that the point of video games? If you don't enjoy it, don't play it. It's not a job it's a hobby.

2 RepliesOut of all the games I own, it's the one that's the most compatible with my gaming schedule. I tend to favour massive RPG's like the Mass Effect games or The Witcher 3 however games like these require a massive time investment. With games these, it's hard to play for an hour ( or less ) per day and walk away feeling as if I've accomplished something. With Destiny, I can complete a few bounties in an hour or a few Strikes, or whatever. Simply put, it's easier to walk away from session with Destiny feeling like I've accomplished something than any other game.
