Bungie, can we talk about veteran player rewards now?
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd like to know how our guardians that we've used in D1 will be rewarded in D2 for experiencing the first game.
The main reason being that I'd like to know [i]how[/i] we'll be rewarded.
I'm going to be buying a PS4 pro soon and I'm debating on whether I should get Destiny 2 for my Xbone or the PS4.
Part of the reason I'm undecided is the veteran rewards.
Will we get the rewards through linking our accounts? Will we have to own Destiny 2 on the same platform as what we played Destiny 1 on to get our rewards?
Or, will we be sent a Bungie.net redeemable code that can be used universally across all platforms?
Bungie, can you tell us more about veteran player rewards in D2 please?
Bungie seems to be encouraging players to move to different platforms like PS with their exclusives and PC for the graphics. So, why would they make it so that if you switch platforms, you don't get your veteran rewards?
Please. I'd like an answer.

Will probably have to be the same platform because Bungie can't do anything right. Whether I log in on here on my PSN account or my XBL account it logs into the same account for they are linked. Yet my Xbox account is in the "clan" I'm in but my PSN account is not? Figure that science out ....

6 RepliesMy guess is a ghost shell. In the build people played at the gameplay reveal players seemed to be using a ghost that had the Age of Triumph laurels on them, but I wasn't paying too much attention

My assumption will be Its gonna be an emblem. Thats it. You will need to be on the same platform for it to be recognized. It will be automatic.
