Stopped playing pvp back in December but back then it was taking anywhere between 4-7 minutes to find a match.

I'm unsure why Xbox takes so long to make matches.

Actually looking through these other posts, a lot of the people saying they have long matchmaking times have high stats and vice-versa. There is a decent amount of evidence that sbmm is still playing a big role.
