Wifi is not good for any game, let alone destiny. Wifi results in a lot of dropped/lost packets in data transmission, especially when the data rate gets higher, like when playing destiny. It's especially bad when using ISP provided routers. (There are a lot of reasons why gaming routers can cost up to $400)
You literally were and are the cause of your connection problems. Before you start complaining about someone else being responsible for your networking problems, maybe take an afternoon and learn something about routers, how they work, and how they can affect gameplay, and how an awful lot more than speed affects your connection and gameplay, especially things like jitter and packet loss.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
