KD and ELO are very different my friend :) My KD is low because I was horrible in Year 1. My ELO is high because I've improved significantly since then. ELO adjusts match to match (every match) So even though I dicked around in year 1 stagnating my KD, my ELO is still very high because I've played well beating good and better opponents since, thus putting me in high skills brackets. That usually means theyre sacrificing lesser opponents with good connections for sweatier opponents with less than great connections. I'm sorry that I said I invalidate you're opinion, that was rude. What I'm trying to get across is that you have an ELO for every play mode (Control, Trials, Rift, Etc.). Even though my overall KD is around a 1.1-1.2 my ELOs are high, which is what SBMM takes into account.
