Constant lies and condescending attitude from Bungie.
They would gain so much respect if they just had a honest candid discussion with us and actually banned cheaters and fix match making. If they actually tried to make the game good instead of gouge more money from us with lackluster seasonal events.
If play with my 0.5 kd friends they end up in sweat lobbies because of my 3.2kd and they get DESTROYED.
Bungie doesn't want us to have friends, clearly.

6 RepliesI honestly think all their smart developers are working on destiny 2 and the idiots are on the live time for destiny 1. Derek Carroll and his band of morons basically can do whatever they want, and unfortunately, they are all highly incompetent. Nothing good is going to happen soon. We will have to wait for D2 and hope it gest better

The reason nobody believes them is two-fold. First, if connection is the priority, then why are connections consistently bad? This could simply be that the game has terrible latency issues as a result of the engine and network engineering solutions. This could also be the result of a diminishing audience given the releases of heavy-hitting FPS games. Secondly, Bungie is still stained with the breach of trust that occurred last December with the launch of SRL and the ninja SBMM patch. It was a profound mistake to lie directly to their loyal fanbase. Their inflexibility with recent events has indicated to myself and I'm sure a number of others that Bungie just doesn't care. If you are having a problem, instead of talking about possible solutions or changes, they just explain it to you like you're a child. Connections are not good. They are bad. People want the game to not lag. But this is the way it is, and I don't expect it to change.

15 RepliesI'm curious about lag and wait times, I'm in Canada/Vancouver and my connection is generally always good, maybe one or two red bars now and again but otherwise my experience is very good. I don't play trials, unfortunately, but crucible and IB I'm happy with. Am I one of the lucky ones based on my location? If I move will I suddenly see what others are constantly complaining about? It would be interesting to see a poll to see locations and general lag experience. Some real numbers and research.

14 RepliesFor your own sanity (and this goes for a lot of you other people too) just move on if you are really this bothered by things. I get it, the gameplay mechanics are great and you've spent a lot of time getting the character you have to where he/she is and don't want to give that up. But things clearly aren't going to be changing any time soon and you're only going to hurt yourself getting pissed off about it.
