So who kept Atheon's Epilogue... and are doing the Thorn quest

The struggle is real for those who might have deleted all their Y1 primaries with burn damage, because the new Thorn quest benefits big time from Atheon's Epilogue (or Word of Crota).

I didn't but just finished the bounty. I just bought the vendor last ditch, equipped truth and played supremacy. Wish I did keep Atheons though, would have made it go a little faster than it did. Wasn't that bad though.

I have it ready.. now to get that damn quest.. all shiro bounties completed since dlc dropped. wonder how many weeks I can go without getting the quest.

I did it with a void shotgun and defender titan finished the whole thing in a day it's incredibly easy compared to the original.

Have both Atheon's and Word of Crota. Made the new Thorn bounty pretty damn easy.

1 ReplyStruggle? I had to do it with blue weapons back in year one. Oh the memories...Now Thorn is like a 10,000 lb elephant with a 2 inch dick. I'm not petitioning for 2 shot Thorn to return but this gun doesn't feel exotic anymore. There are plenty of hand cannons that out perform Thorn. I don't even care if I get the quest.

I am really kicking myself cause I needed the vault space for Exotic engrams and deleted my Word of Crota (void hand cannon). Would have helped a tonne filling the bounty quickly with my Titan.
