Khvostov quest glitch.
I killed the captain in the divide pretty quick and he dropped the khvostov. I went back to orbit thinking like an idiot that would finish the quest bit it never. Now iv tried going back to the ketch to kill the servicer bit he doesn't show. All the other ads do but not the servitor. Now I can't complete the quest. Has anyone else done this.

Delete the kvostov thingy in your mission items and get another splicer intel key and start again.
