Don't Tell Me That You Can Read This Article And Still Believe That Science Does Not Kill

From the moment our children are born, we pump them full of foreign, synthetic substances that supposedly "protect them".
How many more generations of our children need to grow up stunted and deformed (at best), before OUR generation wakes up and says NO to vaccines? How many more people need to submit to the religious ego of scientists, before they realize that their children mean nothing more to science than a potato pumped full of chemicals, used to satisfy the archaic whims of a 17th century religion? Science is litterly killing us and this article proves it. Please, open your minds before your bodies are irreparably damaged...

Not seen you for a while... Ok, Flat Earth I can poke fun at, but anti-vaccinations is something else and is dangerous. How would you feel if one person read this and decided not to vaccinate their child and then said child dies as a result of contracting a preventable disease? I had all my vaccinations as a child and I am not stunted, disfigured or have any health issues, just like millions of other people who have had theirs.

Mate, you'd have gone off the deep end if it wasn't for the fact that you've already done that ten times before. If you're thesis is that vaccines kill, provide an article that at least ADDRESSES VACCINATIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE. Flat Earth is a comedy matter, but anti-vaccinations is a life or death situation. And you seem be in favour of death right now.

The law of virulence begs to differ. A virus has two choices: kill well or spread well (life is tough for them). [spoiler] Not vaccinating people because people don't understand what it does helps it choose the former. You have a valid point in that many people blindly follow science on good faith scientists and medical practitioners aren't lying...which is ignorance and unacceptable. However, if you don't understand it yourself (reading articles from both sides doesn't count) then it's just perpetuating a culture where no one tries to learn. Instead of quoting an article and others quoting an article that disagrees with your statement, it may be more productive to just learn the method in detail. While you are doing so, continue to question everything about it lest you become complacent. [/spoiler]

Edit: read the article, and didn't see the word "vaccine" or any of the like at all. So maybe give a better source, and on the offhand chance that I missed it, please explain it back to me. Unless you can explain it back to me, it's probably not something you understand.

They died because there weren't vaccines. When the vaccines finally came out, people got them ASAP. The outbreak stopped. The man who made this has been "disowned" by his colleagues and is still putting lives at risk. If you don't want your kids to be vaccinated, don't send them to public school. I wouldn't want my child to get the whooping cough because you were too much of an incompetent parent to vaccinate them. Edit: It seems that you've gained a fellow edge lord to help boost your topic. I would continue to argue, but I think you might die from polio first.

This is to be expected. Diseases and the like change over time. This would occur with or without vaccines. The only difference being that the "original" disease doesn't get the chance to kill us before a new powerful variant emerges, and that the original is more likely (though in no way is it absolutely) to be eradicated.

Would you rather have a few people get polio or an entire nation getting the flu and other sicknesses. Example: HPV is the name if I'm not mistaken but it's an std than lead to cancer which is treated by vaccines.
