I am a collector and working my way through all cosmetic items. I look at the app each day, go to the vendors and see what I need. However, the Rune of the Machine emblem hasn't appeared whenever I've looked. I can't remember anyone seeing it. Other emblems have been in rotation several times with the Outfitter since I've been checking. Is this even in the rotations has anyone seen or is this another of the "things to be investigated" but never actually happens category?
