Seriously, -blam!- that mission. It's the worst -blam!-ing mission in the whole game. There are too many -blam!-ing enemies, too little -blam!-ing cover and too many other -blam!-ing ways to die. -blam!- that shit. >:(

Soloed it as a warlock just take cover in the entrance to avoid the poison and flames. Kill the blights and adds first then sniper the boss. High recovery helped for me.

Easily do it solo, Clear the room before it starts, Once cleared go directly across from were you came in sit around that area, Once the boss and enemy's spawn clear all the enemy's before you damage the boss otherwise more enemy's spawn, Once all ads are dead dps the boss with a sniper, Once he disappears a blight will spawn to tour right kill it quickly and all ads, go back to were you were sitting another blight will spawn, Kill all the ads again even the invisible minatours, Once all are dead dps the boss again, Rinse Repeat, If it's for the hunger pangs quest the witch will spawn to your right on the 2nd or 3rd wave of ads, Run to her and kill her.

It's made worse by the fact that taken enemies blow dong all day..

I soloed, used red death, max armour and recovery. Camped in the spawn room.

Nighthawk for boss Bad Juju for adds 1k Stare for boss HMG for yellow bars and shielded adds Bad Juju helps a lot because of the whole no reload thing. I camped in a little room, dps'd boss, learned spawn order of adds, rinse and repeat. I agree though it was a royal pain in my ass.

Anyone on ps4 need help with this add me I've done it 3 times already, once by myself. The wait is a little long as I'm at work now until 4pm est, so if you can be on at that time add me and we can 2 man it easily

Yeah agree. While I appreciate some of the most challenging enemies, the Taken does so with the most annoying way. They might as well add one more enemy that shoot us w thorn. The way I soloed it was with a hunter wearing nighthawk helm and red death. Take cover behind the stack of missiles. Kill the blights, shoot the boss w sniper or Lmg (the raid one works well because of cocoon). He'll disappear and you fight off some adds. Then when he reappears shoot him a couple of times more BUT don't overdo it because he will disappear again. Instead pop your golden gun on him and it should take his health down all the way.

Not sure, either way, as soon as the boss comes go back to the doorway you came in at, this is your DOOR OF SAFTEY or DOS for short. Now first thing after you get to you DOS is snipe the echo until he moves out of your line of site and can no longer hurt you. Now work on adds, peak out of your DOS and take out the adds on the sides. Try to take out some of the blight is you can, if not, no biggie. If you get overwhelmed use your super. Supers I would recommend Warlock:nova bomb/self res Titan: defender/sunbreaker Hunter: tether(with vanish in smoke) Eventually the echo will come back into line of site of your DOS snipe it's head until you either kill it, or it moved out of your line of site. Things to remmeber during mission: 1. Don't talk about fight club 2. Use super ONLY In emergency! 3. DO NOT LEAVE THE DOOR OF SAFETY. Enjoy.

2 RepliesUse a gun with health regen. Red death or suros make it easier. The tom version can be a real bitch to solo. what I typically do is hang back in the door corridor (the one you come in thru). If your titan go defender. If your hunter go blade dancer with invis. If your a warlock rez or stormcaller works. (I like rez: fusion nades help keep the mobs out of the corridor) Burn the shade as fast as you can. Sniper first then switch to heavy to kill adds and burn the shade more. Use your primary to heal.

easy as piss for me. take cover by the ramp near your entrance and peak shoot between the small gaps the barries have at the bottom. kill all blights when they spawn then all adds the focus on the echo. repeat twice till the poisen restricts you to the top tier then just unload everything on the echo forget about adds. job done

If your going for malice simply don't move, makes it very easy.

4 RepliesIts probably the hardest mission in Destiny. Get Sleeper Stimulant to knock out the echo. Watch for the flames the most. And the blight.
