Just Got PS4 and is Torn Between Maining Titan or Warlock
Hi, I am an experienced player and have done all the content on xbox so I decided to get destiny on my PS4. But my problem is I do not know what character to make first as that is typically the character I spend the most time on. I very much enjoy all three but my weakest class in terms of pvp would have to be the hunter so that is a no go for my main. On xbox I main a warlock and dont know wether to stick with it of to main a new character since it is basically a fresh start.

Edited by STARWoLF00: 12/5/2015 7:11:45 PMWarlocks are the most balanced class all around. You can pretty much play how you want. Edit: they do need to slightly buff voidwalker for y2 though. Or at least give us some exotics that let us flesh out our subclass abilities more.

1 ReplyI would say Hunter, but that's not an option. Out of the two, I say Titan. Warlock is just overall the worst class in the game. Nova Bomb is just like a Titan's Fist of Havoc, so those two are equal. A Titan with Bubble is amazing for support and a Hammer of Sol is great for crowd control. Warlocks have Stormcaller for crowd control, however, then you have self resurrect. First off, this WAS the best subclass in the game. Now that nightfalls are irrelevant and don't kick you to orbit when you wipe, they are only really needed in the hard mode raid (Because you can't revive) However, if you run self res in the raid and use it a lot, why are you dying in the first place. Titan is just an overall better pick out of those two. Between Hunter and Titan? Very very equal, but it's all about your play style. Warlock is the odd one out.

Edited by Richard Wang: 12/5/2015 6:05:43 PMWarlocks are used to as the last ditch team mate...kinda like Romo...they kinda just stand around but good in the clutch to save the day...Titans are the utility team mate...like Aaron Rodgers...works well in every situation but are never appreciated until they are not there.

If pve, warlock, if pvp, Titans are probably better

I like the warlock because of the ridiculous melee range and to me the only bad thing is the jump.

stick with locks. sunsinger is great for raiding. even if u dont die and use self rez its still fun to play with

5 RepliesDepends on what you play. Pve right now has a high demand for titans, particularly defender. If you mainly play pvp, then either hunter or warlock. Titans roll in pvp is now in doubt with the pending update.
