THE EXECUTORS CHAMPION QUEST
Mission- Represent New Monarchy in Strikes and the Crucible while wearing a New Monarchy shader, emblem and class armor.
OK, is it me being stupid here, or is this wrong? Have played when shader/emblem/class armor equipped and no kill registers.
Therefore i can only assume it means you have to equip ALL New Monarchy armour which is nuts because you would have to drop down to 280 legendary on everything and lose a lot of headway on all upgrades and no exotic either..
Also, although rank 25 on New Monarchy I am still only offered Rank 3 armor Legendary 280 so just wasting my time leveling up.

My load out is: Helmet: Spekar Kallipolis Mask Gauntlets: Spektar Kallipolis Grips Chest Armor: Spektar Kallipolis Vest Leg Armor: Kallipolis Boots Hunter Cloak: Cloak of the Rising Ghost: Senator Shell Armor Shader: Themisto Emblem: Blood of the Monarchy Executor's Red Mark I even have a New Monarchy Ship equipped - ”Armor of Vows" I have done the Future War Cult Level 25 Quest with my Titan a couple on months back without any problems. This seems to have been broken since ROI launched. Is it true that Spectra amor is what's causing the problem? Is anyone at Bungie working to patch this - I've read that year 2 gear will work - unfortunately I've dismantled most of my NM armor. Pleas advise.

Here's my setup: Warlock Bond : High Command Bond Shader : Nefertiti AK Emblem : Crown of the New Monarchy I've discarded and re-activated the quest, no use. No progress after 3 completed heroic strikes. I don't have any other bonds to use. Why isn't this working with the high command bond I got from New Monarchy??

I just ranked up my Titan with New Monarchy to level 25. I discarded the quest and picked it back up and have Mark of the Executor, Nefertiti AK, and Executor's Red Mark and it's showing progress in both Crucible and Heroic strikes.

1 ReplyHey guys....hope I'm not late to the party here but I do want to confirm that the quest is working for me as a Warlock using Spektar Kallipolis Bond, Nefertiki AK shader and Executor's Red Mark emblem.

For hunters. I'm using badge of monarchy. Amalthea shader and spektar kallipolis cloak. Quest did not progress until I realised I was using a dead orbit primary. Once I switched to a non faction weapon the quest started progressing normally so check your weapons and see if that fixes this for you.

I did the Dead Orbit one with year 3 stuff just fine. I cannot do the New Monarcy one at all. It was working fine until year 3 came out.

2 RepliesEdited by BOOM_BAM_BANG: 10/29/2016 7:44:30 PMI think you can't use other factions gear. I was using a dead orbit weapon while doing the new monarchy quest and it didnt work until i changed it. that was the only thing i changed. I used a year 3 titan mark too.

Same problem 90% sure it has to be year 2 class items, aka not ROI gear, it sucks but I guess im back to the grinding untill I get an old mark or bungie get off their butts and fix this

As of October 27, 2016, executors champion is not working, tried different class armor and dropping then reinstating the quest. Please fix.

Dropped the quest... nothing. Switched it out to an older cloak (was using the high command cloak) to spektar, and finally got it working. I think all ROI class armors is bugged. Use year 2 cloaks if you have any until they fix it is suppose

4 RepliesSo for all thoughs who don't know. you can't use the class armor that you can buy from him with legendary marks. you have to use the class items from packages from you faction.

So I was able to get Minion kills and crucible kills in the one crucible game I played. I have tried the Siva 350 Strikes and 320 strikes and I have not received any strike completions.

4 RepliesIt seems the High command bond does not count as a class item for the quest, even though it is new monarchy bond. Try switching to an old bond if possible, or any other new monarchy bond. My quest started working when I switched to 'the risen ones' new monarchy bond. I am sure this will be the same for titans and hunters. Hope this helps.

I have all armour high command. Also shader ,emblem and class armour. Wins in crucible not registered. Pissed off!

Same problem here :( I've finished 11 Heroic Siva Strikes in a row and nothing at all. I'm gonna assume that it'll get a fix but not until a month from now :(

Just got to rank 25 with New Monarchy. I have the Cleopatra AK Armor Shader, Executor's Red Mark Emblem and the HIgh Command Mark for my Titan. No progress. I ran into a similar issue when I ranked up with Dead Orbit in Season 2, and at that time the Spektar gear was causing issues. Not sure if that has been rectified.

2 RepliesI have the same problem. I have the New Monarchy emblem, shader, and cloak, but not getting any credit for kills in strikes! I just completed the Siva heroic on Fallen Saber and got nothing towards heroic strike count or minions of the darkness!

2 RepliesHey, The class armor is the titan mark, warlock bond, or hunter cloak. Actual faction armor does not count.
