Worst servers ever
I'm an old school gamer with plenty of xp. Let's face it, it there was trearch zombies on xbox one I probably would have never devoted almost 2000 hours played thus far. Also I might mention I quit playing this game for 2 months. These are tye worst servers I have ever seen or dealt with. I appreciate bungie banning cheaters but I'd rather have better servers. One bar enemies on iron banner are almost impossible to kill because of their "connection ". If you guys want to keep us around please improve the quality of your servers. I changed my Internet provider to improve the quality of this game by better service. At the end of the day this all falls on bungie. I liked you guys so much better before you sold out and got greedy. When Microsoft was providing top notch servers for halo online. You guys tear a piece if me apart every day and I keep coming back for more. Please fix your blaming servers......

8 RepliesDestiny crucible is P2P... meaning a member of the lobby acts as the host. The only parts of the game hosted on Bungie's servers are social spaces, public areas in PvE, and orbit. The culprit behind the lag is actually sloppy netcode. If you are going to complain, at least complain about the correct issue.

This is why I do not play that much. Every time I try and play it is a proses just to sign in. On top of that, I get kicked out of iron banner, strikes, and regular crucible. I know its not my internet connection because I have been on the phone with them plenty of times.

Yeah its pretty much the whole world and bungie or activision whichever one or maybe both of them just want to tell us it's our Internet connections. If the whole world's Internet is so terrible how is it that we can play COD, BF, Halo, GTA and all those other massive multilayer online games and we don't lag on them everytime we go somewhere. Until I stopped playing destiny and went back to Halo and COD I had forgotten how much fun it was to pick what map I played on... oh and get loaded into a game in under 2 minutes. Oh and not lag or have to attempt to kill someone who was lagging so badly that I had to guess where they would be before their avatar showed up. It feels good to play games where I'm not constantly getting killed by the same weapon the same way and getting spawn camped by someone who is lag switching and who has unlimited heavy ammo because they haven't hacked into the game code yet.

same here in France, I'm tired of those connections, I changed my internet provider but it seems that your lack of dedicated servers is the number one problem!!! Bungie, do something
