Yeah I don't like the fact basically all of them are set colours. I wish I'd kept more of my pre-TDB cloaks. I've got a few of the vendor ones from post TDB but I decided I only wanted legendary cloaks and had amassed about 20 of them so cleared the oldest to make space for new ones ):
