No Raid? So what. Stop being butthurt.
I can't imagine The Prison of Elders being easy.
I'm assuming it will still be as difficult as a raid.

well considering I can three man crota on hard on an activity meant for 6 people, I can't imagine something with only three players to be terribly difficult

It wouldn't even be so bad if it was a 6 man activity. Just 3 though? Cheap and lazy imo. Though not cheap for us 'later in the year' when they actually release the raid at a charge.

As somebody who has quit for a few months due to lack of content, I think it's bullshit and you should too, raids were fun and part of the reason this game has hung on by the skin of its teethe for so long, yeah this new thing may be fun, but! Veteran players want a raid, and to take it out, they are kind of screwing themselves over, especially if they -blam!-ing charge for it later down the road.

1 ReplyI mean I won't judge anything until I play it. But PoE will still be end game content, I doubt they will make it anywhere as easy as they made CE. Sure the first few waves are most likely fairly simple. I dunno seems like a sweet concept to me. And as an avid raider I welcome the change of pace.

The idea of a new raid sounds better to the whiners than it really is. These are the players who put speed runs together through crota just to get the loot drops. They could care less about how cool the raid is. If Bungie released a raid with house of wolves it would just be a cheese convention by week 2. If there was a corn maze these raid junkies would catch a flight and fly over it instead of actually doing it.

K bungie got your money already. You might as well just sit back and let them do their thing. No matter what the decision is final you will get your raid when you get it. Stop using leaked pics as an excuse. Bungie didn't tell you about it for their own reasons. If they told you every single thing about Destiny and its expansions/DLC would there be any suorises to look forward to? You probably wouldn't have bought into anything. Hell you'd prob still bitch at them just because they told you everything and can't look forward to anything. Now if your done either sit down shut up and play or leave like the other butthurts and bored players.

I bet you'd be happy if they took the whole game away and put a loot chest for you to open every day in the tower. Some people actually want some content to play that has some complexity and challenge.

Most of these people complaining about no raid probably haven't even beat crota legit. Matter of fact most people who beat the raids probably don't do it legit. So them acting like the arena will be too easy is laughable

I agree, I'm happier with this news then I would be if they announced another raid which may or may not be full of bugs. My biggest complaint with this game is the lack of variation so this seems like a start at addressing that issue. However, I will not celebrate or cry until I've seen the actual release and played through it myself

13 RepliesCompletely agree. I'm more looking forward to the trials of osiris because the gear looks awesome. And the prison of elders is going to be epic. Something new to grind. Also give them more time to perfect the next raid.
