255 hours in and still no gjallarhorn
I have reached 255 hours across my three characters and have been doing the nightfalls two times a week for the last 3 weeks and both raids twice, and have been mostly using my hunter to do the vog raid and nightfall a month after the game came out, what else do I have to do to get my gjallarhorn?! I keep having high hopes but I keep getting disappointed. Any advice?

I have a little under 200 hours, and no tracking launcher at all. I don't need ghorn. I would take truth, or hunger, or even a good vanguard roll. Every time at the crota cp, everyone is all "alright guys, get out your tracking launcher", and I'm all "maxed one way ticket from vendor right hurr" I nightfall twice a week, run Vog twice a week. Try to run crota twice a week, and nothing. Pray for me.

I got mine 2 days ago from a legendary engram that I got from the nightfall :D

4 RepliesIn order to get the Gjallarhorn you can't expect to get it. I didn't care for it and then WHAM! I got it after a skirmish. If you expect to get it you won't get it.

Be patient. There are some people that have played over 600 hours and haven't received the God tier weapon that is called Gjallarhorn. I didn't get mine until over 400 hours. (Then there those lucky bastard who have had 5+ drop for them)

Wow this poor guy is gonna get rekt. Over 500 here and no ghorn. You have a ways to go pal. Although a friend of mine got a ghorn with less than 35 hours.

I got mine at about 400 hours, and I feel lucky as hell.

Wish for another one. When you're not thinking about it, you'll get it. Ask for a Hawkmoon or a vex mythoclast, or no land beyond.
