People who have multiples of the same class (3 warlocks, 3 hunters, or 3 titans) SHOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO RAID ONCE A WEEK!!!
Anyone that does this only deserves one attempt at the raid and it's gear, plain and simple. Transferring gear between your accounts is a joke!

I see both sides. If I had no social life no job no prospects I might have 3 characters to fill my time up with gaming.. But if I had that much spare time I would play a video game that you could win money on. I'd probably just play csgo But I have a social life a job and responsibilities. So just the one level 31 for me

Ok so I made 2 titans and one warlock I feel like people have the right to choose what they want to do. I made a titan to have a better chance at getting 32 because I played the vog 10+ times and all i got was kabr's forceful greaves. I made a sunsinger to have a little variety. so all in all let people play the game how they want to play it. RNGesus isn't so sweet to everyone.

I don't have time to grind out gear and weapons with three character types. I barely have time for two types now. I didn't finish a full raid last week.

You get 3 chances because different characters are still different character, doesnt matter if you use all the same class because its still hella hard to get good armor

I have 3 warlocks now. Had one of each but after 2 weeks of only 1 warlock drop I changed to warlocks to improve my odds. With new raid supposedly dropping more I may start a new class.

My question is why is there a limit to three chars? If someone wants to make 15 and run and gun it... have at. personally I want six (a male and female of each). Rewards for the specific raids should be totally random (but high end goodness) with exotics handed out once per account regardless of how many chars you have.

1 ReplyNot everyone has the time to get 12 separate pieces of armor plus level them up for three different characters. So for those with families, full time jobs, etc, they can still enjoy the game and level up 4 pieces of gear. It's not like they can play all three characters at once. Side note: Do you, OP, ever share weapons between your characters? WHAT!?! YOU DO!?! That's terrible!

He's just expressing an opinion. I think it's a cheap way to do it, but i don't think you should be penalized for it either.

they need to address the rng system b4 you start nocking this. I have 15 completions and god knows how many checkpoints I have done hear and there. about ten of those 15 were only hard, so double rewards. With my time frame, this has taken me 2 months to do. I still dont have a full set of raid gear. I have only recived one helm, one chest, and one arms. But I have 9 chatterwhite, 10 found verdicts, 5 lmg's, and 4 VoC. Yup, sounds fair, huh?

Disagree I would prefer Bungie and others stop telling people how to play and just let it be. People will figure out ways to level/gear grind in the most efficient way. Literally the only place this could impact other people is Crucible/Iron Banner and Crucible impact is minimal. If you are mad that they have better gear than you then you need to be willing to make 3 of the same character and sacrifice diversity of different classes to get that better gear.

2 RepliesWell. Transferring gear is good when you get some cool gear but its not for your current class. The reason why I did 3 different classes is because the grimoire points. Its ridiculous to make same classes and do the raid three times to get the gear.
