Characters Deleted?
I have a friend who dusted off the game and I bought them the renegade expansion. When logging back in, they are being started all over with no saved progression on the characters they had. How do you lose your characters without deleting of course? All other accounts show vault items but no characters? HELP??

If he has vault items but no characters someone likely accessed and deleted everything. If they have no vault items good chance theyre either on the wrong account or activated cross save but set the main to the wrong system (example: characters on playstation but set main to Xbox giving you your Xbox characters instead)

Does he have Cross Save enabled with another account as the main?
