I am on Xbox Series X and am trying to add my friend on PS4. When I correctly enter his bungie name and number in the game, it tells me "Player Not Found," but I can find him in the app and on bungie.net. However, there's no option to send a friend request through the app or site — I can only look at his profile. All our settings are public, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Any help would be appreciated!
