help.bungie response time?
Asking if someone knows what the usual response time for help.bungie requests is. Opened up a ticket over a month ago and haven't got a response yet.
Is it possible it got overlooked? Should I try opening another one? Don't really want to do that if they are just being busy but a month seems a bit much so I don't really know.

I would say months. I posted several issues. Incidentally got a response, or Bungie is aware and is investigating. With no result. Just browse this forum. It’ll tell you enough.

Some tickets, such as ban/restriction appeals, offer no guarantee of a reply. Others have a first come first served system wherein the tickets are handled in the order they are received and lead times may vary drastically depending on current workload. In both cases, submitting a 2nd ticket is unlikely to produce results faster than the ticket already submitted as duplicates are often auto closed by the system.

Depends on what it is. Bungie looks at them as they come in. Bungie may or may not close a ticket. If it's a ban appeal there is no guarantee for a response an if you haven't heard from them in a month it was up held.
