Issues with Triumphs
I just got the vanguard ornament for Last Rite. The associated triumph (Vanguard Decor: Last Rite) does not show as completed and the ornament has disappeared from my inventory. However, the "Funeral Garments" triumph (for any of the 3 ornaments for Last Rite) is showing as completed. Please help.
