account reset or deleted ?
Before the update 2 weeks ago I am done on my account and my characters were reset all three of them to light 1372 with all Quest progression reset and items lost I did not delete them so I believe it is a part of the server side or something went wrong and I would like to find out how someone could take a look and tell me what happened maybe return my characters where they were
