How often do you actually run Legend/Master Lost Sectors, and how many runs do you do in a given session? I ask this because the [i]Game History[/i] lookup feature in the app only tracks back so far, and it currently only shows four Legend Lost Sector completions, two each on your Warlock and Hunter (for comparison I count 39 Lost Sector completions on my Warlock stretching back to March 9th, at which point it stops tracking). While you do have a [i]better[/i] chance of getting a new season’s Exotic from Legend Lost Sectors when compared to your chances of getting an old world drop, old world drops will occasionally drop before you receive the latest hotness. I would estimate my personal RNG experience with getting newly released Exotics from Legend Lost Sectors is good to above average (usually receiving a new Exotic within the first six clears in a given Season) but some players report having to complete upwards of twenty to thirty runs to obtain a given season’s new Exotic armor. There’s a decent chance you’ll have to spend quite some time [i]grinding[/i] in order to get the Lost Sector exclusive armors to drop. Going in with the proper mindset won’t make it any more fun, but will probably ease the disappointment whenever a completion doesn’t yield an Exotic. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)

The armor exotics from beyond light and later are locked behind basically Master lost sectors. There is a chance on Legend but it's like 2%
