Now that Spider is in the Last City, here is what bungie should do
They either add spider or his emissary in the secret room in the annex hanger. They should sell random world pool weapons (like banshee), material exchange, and random Y1-Y2 legendary ships/ghosts/sparrows but everything should be 10% cheaper than Rahool, Banshee, and Amanda.
I just think it would be kind of funny since that seems like something spider would do and it would finally give purpose to that random room.

Spider acted as an arms dealer, he could sell "new" unsunset weapons. Or he could come up with a completely new collection of weapons, a new foundry.

They could put him wherever the any of the faction groups were. There is a fair amount of unused space in the tower.
