The Enigma is missing how do I get it back?

I cannot complete the campaign bc my Enigma is missing. I cannot reshape it states no data discovered. Please help!

Hello there[url=https://tenor.com/bwEBR.gif],[/url] If it got deleted, you would need to shape a new one, reshaping only works if the glaive is in your inventory already shaped.
