yeah its still broken. I deleted the two qualichors prior to reset (one from inventory, one from postmaster). after reset today, i killed the lucent groups/brood waves in quagmire, and got the qualichor to show of rewards popup, but no qualichor was in inventory (?), but fynch had the quest show up! after clicking the quest, it didnt show in quest pages,(?!), and now killing the lucent groups/brood waves rewards the qualichor into my inventory, and back to the same stuck issue as prior; no quest to complete, stuck with a plain qualichor, that we cant 'refine' to open the chest. (note: killing the lucent groups/brood waves will only send another qualichor to the post master; which there can only be one per 'inventory' location) plz check on this, have been only able to do this once, and have been stuck since

This was supposed to be fixed in last week’s patch. Either it’s still bugged or, we need to delete the ones we have in order for the quest to proc upon picking up a new - I’ve not tested. Edit: Fynch now has the quest again since weekly reset

I think I'm experiencing the same bug. I completed the mini-quest once, opened the refined qualichor chest, got my 500 reputation and triumph. The next time I obtained a qualichor item drop from following the Predator movie blood trail, Fynch does not react to it. What's worse: the next time you obtain another qualichor item drop (let's say on another character), it will go to your postmaster – because you can only hold one non-refined qualichor item at a time. I am considering just dismantling those items in both inventory and postmaster, since they appear to be worthless now.
