if you are restricted there are 3 levels, a 2 week, a 2 month and a permanent. Each timeframe must be completed before you're allowed to play again. If you have reached the permanent level, your issues are well beyond anything caused by the increased usage from the pandemic

Yes that why I said I’m getting it fixed. It might not be the pandemic but if I get it fixed it works correctly it shouldn’t matter.

it is the price of ignoring the warning/previous restrictions. If you want to see bungie's official answer it is on the restriction/ban page.
