Not when you ragequit because you have some asshat exploiters in the lobby. I personally hope they all get a 2 year ban from the game. If they quit it for good, excellent. Don't need those folks around anyway.

Yes, those people should be dealt with first and foremost. I don't understand why failing PvE activities would even grant essence in the first place.
