It’s all about professionalism. If you look like a hot mess I’m not going to listen to a word you say. Unless it’s my wife and she’s sick..... that’s the only time it’s ok.

  • Look like a slob? Get nothing from me. How can you take someone seriously selling you something when they don’t take their streams seriously? If you can, great. I have standards.

  • ......standards...lmao how anout listening to the damn words.... a homeless man can have great advice but you'll never know if you continue to judge them by how they look. Dont judge a book by its cover flew right past you....such a shame...

  • When you’re paid to sell me something don’t look like trash. Plain and simple. How can I take them seriously when they don’t take themselves?

  • They didnt have to do the stream...they did it to be more open with the community. This kind of behavior you exhibit just tells bungie not to ever do that cuz millenials like you cant handle someone casually dress and speak to you. Y'all always have to pick the most absurd shiii to get mad about.... When someone is trying to sell me something i care more about what they are SAYING than how they are dressed.....it doesnt matter if you wear a suit and tie if you cant communicate to your audience and grab their attention.....all you needed to do to solve your issue is LISTEN TO IT. You dont have to watch it....ever listened to a baseball game through a radio...i dont give a rats arse if they were in boxers giving me the play down as long as they did it well.

  • 90% of communication is non-verbal. At least that's what a salesman told me once. :)

  • They were not their to sell you anything. In my point of view they were there to Demonstrate how the armor will work in shadowkeep....a game i had already decided to buy a long time ago.👀👀👀 Her appearnce is not a big deal. People are acting like she was the only person there; She was not. The only thing i could say towards her appreance is the shoes. Wear shoes and that is all. A lot of people who dress in general have no sense in style. I think the big issue is the style she had that people are complaining about. Not everybody knows how to put an outfit together. She is not salesman either. She just happens to work for bungie on a cerain part of the game.

  • Shoes are pretty dirty (unless you keep a separate pair for indoors), but other than that, agreed. I would be a little concerned about people spreading ringworm or something if people are going barefoot at work, but that's an issue at any dojo as well. Another issue is that in some cultures, it's considered not only extremely unsanitary but also offensive to point the soles of one's feet towards other people: https://www.thenational.ae/arts-culture/ask-ali-why-it-is-rude-to-show-the-soles-of-your-feet-1.295633

  • 1) I'm not a millenial and I think a level of professionalism should be adhered to when presenting to customers, especially if you're going to be on screen. 2)Your analogy regarding radio is fundamentally flawed as this was a visual presentation.

A visual prsentation of the game...i dont care how they dress...most people dont even know how to dress properly if we are being honest. The only issue i see with this is the shoes....yeah she should have worn shoes. Is that an issue we need to have a thread about? no. We should be focusing on the more important things like what they were trying to show us GAME wise. That is all. Not everyone knows how to dress with style.

  • Feet on the table and dressing like a slob is not acceptable for a presentation to their customers.

  • I honestly think she was wearing pants but most people do not know how to dress wether it is casually or not. The fact it was 10am and she is a bit overweight might make them look like PJ's to some people. I agree on the no shoes part. Next time i bet she will wear shoes. I think she was going for a style and it didnt neccesarily turn out how she wanted it too.

  • I'm gonna leave the "bit over weight" comment alone as I don't care about what her size is. No shoes and feet up on the table is completely unacceptable. End of story.

  • Take your standards and leave. Go play a other game if you can't take a girl in her PJ'S. Bungie obviously let her do it otherwise they would have told her no. You don't work for bungie. So if you don't like just leave. Go away. Go somewhere where they have your standards. Stop critisizing them for having different standards than you.

Hark! What is that mighty white knight? 😂😂😂 easy tough guy she just ain’t into you. How dare I have standards! 😲😂 In all seriousness did you stomp your feet while typing this? Her poor choice in attire speaks volumes as to why this game is getting plunged farther into the shitter. I’m going to call her attire choice a new name,
Luke smith chïc
• Just because they don't have your standards doesn't mean they don't have standards. They have their own standards. Honestly if you look back on bungies past streams I don't think any of them could have been deemed "professional". They're just a bunch of nerds making a video game. I think they can wear what they want. But obviously you disagree and that's fine. Whatever you do. Now if you'll excuse me I need continue my white knight patrols around the forums. FOR THE HONOR OF THE GREAT BUNGLE! *gallops away*

  • Most of us didn't even notice it. The only reason this argument exists, the only reason most of the people now know exactly what she was wearing, is because people like you are making a huge deal out of it. Most of us were paying attention to... you know, the actual gameplay. The important stuff. The substantial things. THE THINGS THAT MATTER. The things that help us make our decision on whether or not to purchase the expansion.
