Yes I agree with this i had similar situation in gambit 2 guardians on opposite team used Jultonn and I side jumped they could not hit me, also those crying nerf SHUT UP!!! bungle already ruined everyones favorite exotics stop adding more exotics to the chopping block because Im seriously starting get annoyed with this bull crap, your doing nothing but ruining the game for everyone else

Before I had it , I thought it was op. But after it dropped , it’s a fun weapon , but quite unwieldy and requires a lot of work to get kills in crucible . Definitely not op.

1 ReplyNah. It’s too good. People have too much fun with it. It makes the game too easy. They’ll have to alter boss mechanics to get around it. It’s getting nerfed. Bungie logic my friend. Only a matter of time.

4 RepliesAfter this long it's not really even used in crucible because, like you said, move to the side. I could see a PvE nerf tho. That thing does damage equivalent to a rocket launcher. Tbh I feel like it's a heavy weapon that had its damage bumped down just a little and then put in the special slot.

Jotunn is only a problem in quick play which is much more chaotic than comp. I get killed by jotunn a lot but only when I’m in a gunfight with a different player, And get jotunn’d from Somebody I didn’t know was there. I barely see jotunn in comp to Be honest. In 1v1s it’s really a pretty poor weapon. If you miss your first shot you’re -blam!-ed.

It doesn't need a nerf to begin with. It's annoying to die to it for sure, but there are still better weapons you would be using for PvP. Not that it matters though, because better is always subjective.

The amount of people I've poped from 90°around corners with this SoB is insane. I swear this thing has better tracking than Truth a lot of the time. Heck, I still have the clip saved from when I was playing Comp and I shot it at a Hunter who had jumped off the map to avoid my buddy and I literally watched it stop midair and curve down to pop how ass.

And if you want to be better at PvP just aim for the head. Want to beat the raid? Just kill the boss lol, it's that simple.

This is all I use when I'm forced into crucible (yOuRe nOt FoRcEd autistic screaming). I'll go for my 2 kills and if I run out of ammo I'll suicide to get more Jotunn ammo.

7 Repliesi would say nerf it but not completely nerf it, pve damage is fine, maybe a little much but pvp should not be 1 shot kill, i say reduce damage to where ur near death but not a complete kill, thats just for people who can get kills with normal guns

Jotunn, 1k voices, and outbreak are all getting nerfed. Why? because they are great weapons and we enjoy using them.

This* my cousin who doesn't have it complains and moans yet I have it and would always rather use my errintel due to how inconsistent this thing is. I will say this thing is glorious in gambit cross mapping people who stand still trying to gun me down with their pulse in a peeking game.

The gun is insanely easy to counter if you get killed by it you probably weren’t paying attention. As it literally requires straffing to screw up the lock on and tracking. Stop playing like Morons.

I agree but played a team with multiple people using it got into gun fights and people locking on me from the rear from long range it's a rocket launcher disguised as a fusion .at least real fution rifles you need to get in range this thing is easy to avoid but getting shot from the rear without any skill leave it as is but move it to heavy where you need to get ammo for it
