I honestly thought this was a really good home made video, or a really bad professional video. -The scene with the speaker looks like they just took that first mission cinematic (that everyone used in making there own little machinimas) to make this. -the speakers voice is clearly different, sounds like some randoms best attempt at sounding like the og speaker, -the words being flashed on screen over a boom is just an easy text animation you can do with adobe video software. ...but it's real... and I'm gonna play it.... And love it... #crackstiny

I don't think we are getting fatebringer and the rest of the weapons. Like trials and iron banner in year 2, they will probably just change the stats and keep the looks.

1 Replyhas anyone managed to see a frame in the video where you can see what color shot is coming out of FB? I tried, but it goes from hammer down to firefly explosion without anything in between when I look at it.

0:20 to 0:21 - Fatebringer immediately dispatches a Goblin with no Firefly effect and a white light. A small blue streak can be seen in the lower left quadrant when scanning the video. 0:27 - VoC is fired, showing red streaks. I really hope they do an overhaul to Nightfalls as well so we can squash this nonsense about how easy they made the game.

5 RepliesUnlike practically everyone else here, I think they are going to do something different with the old raids. I don't think they will bring them up to current light levels. That's not "remembering". I think they will add raid scoring (like the strike scoring we currently have) to VoG/Oryx, and turn Crota into a strike. That way they can claim they are adding a new strike with almost no effort. I think there is a good chance we will get a spliced version of Prison of Elders. Then the book is going to be filled with things like: Destroy 100 oracles. Score 777,777 points in a raid. That sort of thing.

Everyone's sitting here complaining about the usual and i'm just sitting here wondering the lore implications of both crotas end and kings fall being relevant again. Vog is easy enough to explain.

Everyone falls for the same thing over and over. This is the same pumped up trailer we get every time and then 2 weeks later everyone realizes how bad it was. Sorry not falling for it this time. I will stay away until others play a while.
