Big ups to players that main hunters.
I have played as a titan from day one. Recently, I decided to play as a hunter just to switch things up a bit and to collect some old weapons (murmur). All I have to say is that I have mad respect for hunters. I've died so much lately due to the lack of amor that is crazy. Maybe is my lack of experience with the character but shit is tougher with a hunter. Fosho!
Edit: just to be clear I'm talking PvE. I don't play much PvP. I just dabble in it.
Edit: I'm not trying to start a class war here guys. My intent was to show appreciation for other players that can use a character with a different play style. For some reason, I just don't feel comfortable playing as a hunter. Titans suit my play style better.
Edit: Stats don't mean nothing to me. Ever since Activision quit giving out achievement badges in '83, I haven't cared ( video game crash of 83. Look it up and learn your gaming history). Yes I'm an OG gamer(odyssey 200, coleco vision and atari 2600) and I'll play until my hands fall off.

I run all 3 classes but must admit, I prefer my Titan. Followed by hunter and then warlock. It's funny, a year ago I would have said warlock, Titan then Hunter. Changes all the time.

i'm the opposite, i enjoyed my hunter in year one, skipped y2 jumped back in for y3 spark of lighted my titan and i've been enjoying him ever since

4 Replies.......wow.......someone from another class is complimenting us hunters..........I can't believe it. Thanks man. This actually makes me really happy and feel good that someone from a different class is respecting us for once without putting us down for nothing. Enjoy your time as a hunter as the same you do with a Titan and even warlock (if you do that).

2 RepliesHalf the reason a lot of hunters used Red Death back in the day was to negate their horrendous recovery stat and lack of long range heals or shields. Didn't hurt the gun was a beast though

You'll get use to it. Fragile but so agile I just personnaly have trouble with the jumps (I main a Warlock, don't search too far)

titans are like linemen where they're big and almost impossible to miss. hunters are like quarterbacks they can be as slippery as a greased up pig.

The armor difference between classes in very small though unless you set your perks up wrong.

Hunters are great. I main Titan for almost everything. Every day since day 1 Year 1. I use my other characters but only for nightfalls and raids. Now I feel like I can only exclusively use Hunter because of Bones of Eao and shadestep. I use warlock for fusion rifling. I use titan for shot gunning. But I can only use Hunter for sniping. Shadestep turns sniping into a second nature. I use hunter almost exclusively for crucible

Yes, so squishy. Mained a hunter at first and after starting a Warlock and Titan thought "damn! Why didn't I do that first." Would have been easier to do all the crap I had to do solo before venturing out to make friends. I love them all now.
