Mida needs to be nerfed
Since this has weapon made its way back into the taken king the new mida multi tool has made crucible and trials of Osiris unplayable it's very rare for anyone to get in a match with out someone using it guns like this in the taken King are ruining a game with such good potential and the pvp is all we really got at this point . This gun is to overpowered and was 3 to 4 shooting me and this gun has pretty much no bad thing about it plz fix this gun by reducing the reload speed and damage output.

Mida is such an average gun for an exotic. In fact it's a reference point for primary exotics. Why not buff every other weapon to compete with an average gun

1 ReplyMida shoots faster than hung jury,suros dis 43, etc but is still a 4 shot kill... So there is no reason to use any scout rifle other than mida. It has the fastest time to kill

I respect a person running around with MIDA, but not camping in one dumbass spot with a sniper and MIDA equipped. I've raged way too many times today to those kinds of players. Eventually just targeted them with Invective and FoH

3 RepliesCounters to MIDA at long range - Cocytus SR4 / sniper Counters at medium range - Hawksaw / Grasp of Malik Counters at short range - pretty much anything in the auto rifle, hand cannon, and pulse rifle lists. It's a great utility weapon, and not much can compete with it all around, but there is ways to counter it effectively. Play to your weapons strength and you'll beat it.

Mida is fine. Buff other shit. Use a colovances or cocytus, or a jade rabbit, amd 3 tap people! Or get a doctrine and run up in their face and watch them panic and die

Instead of a nerf bring the others up to midas level. Its not that mida is op its just that the gun just works so much better than every other year two weapon. It handles better, it has hidden perks which help you, the reload is fast great stability etc etc. Year 2 weapons are slow in every aspect, low stability, slow handling, slow reload etc etc .

The only time it's overpowered is when someone uses a modded controller to make it fire full auto.

B.Gemini kills in 4 shots Tlloc kills in 4 head shots 5 body Jade Rabbit 3-4 Shots And so on with may other scouts. Just because it is the highest rate of fire is why everyones crying. I die from it, same as any other weapon.

If they do nerf it (I don't know if it needs a nerf or not), just nerf Mida. Don't nerf all scout rifles because an exotic one is op. They destroyed all legendary handcannons for both pvp and pve when Thorn, TLW and Hawkmoon were problems. And now after 6 months only a few legendary handcannons are viable and Thorn and TLW are still top tier in the crucible.

17 RepliesPersonally, the only problem I see with MIDA is the 4 shot headshot capability it has. It shouldn't be doing this much damage as a low impact scout. Only thing I'd do to nerf it is replace the crit modifier it has to the one scouts like the Inward Lamp or The NL Shadow 701x have.
