Howdy, As I am sure many of you know the loot drops in game are currently god damn awful. So bad in fact that Bungie themselves recently changed the Nightfall rewards when they realised people simply were not playing it any more and the Iron Banner/Crucible loot when people could not believe what they were seeing. Sadly though it's not just the Nightfall & Iron Banner that are bad, it's across the entire game. The King's Fall Raid loot is -blam!-ing terrible. Instead of adjusting their RNG to help a player steadily progress, 99% of dropped loot is WORSE than what you already have. Solution to this? It's simple, allow us to create up to 6 characters. Introduce new races if you have to. Allow more customization options while you're there (players have been asking for this since day one) By allowing us to play across 6 characters Bungie can not only make the RNG work how it's supposed to by dropping good loot and loot that will progress you, but it also solves their problem of players getting bored and walking away. Let's be honest, the only reason why they have made the RNG so bad is to keep us grinding. I would rather raid and play strikes etc across 6 characters a week knowing that I will be rewarded well for doing that then play on 3 a week and be pulling my hair out by the end of the week because I made hardly any progress on any characters. Thoughts?

      • Omg I hate even having 3 characters, dreading making a warlock again. I feel pressured to do more grinding. I think making the dailies and weekly heroic shared between characters was a good step. Running through the same content 3 times a week gets tedious at times. 6 characters seems a bit excessive.

        I think they should let etheric light be able to ascend your item by one light, and make it available in the raid and crucible. It would also make Poe relevant again. The Etheric Light Leveling system was too quick. This one is too grindy for some. If we fuse the two systems together...perhaps we can make a compromise.

      • I hardly have time now to focus on my main Warlock. You're right about RNG sucking. I've played all 3 classes since launch and since TTK have been kinda forced to leave my alts behind.

      • Honestly I think you should be able to earn what you want, just like any other MMO in existence. Let's say you want a year 2 Thorn, well then maybe that gun only drops in Hard Mode King's Fall for some reason, so you keep doing King's Fall till you get it. That kind of loot system kept World of Warcraft alive for many years.

      • They give us 3 more characters, but take away the ability to move gear from one to another.

          • Sounds fine to me. WoW has 11 character slots, soon to be 12 I dont get why we were stuck with 3
