Ikora's Challenge - 7 Nova Bombs - 1 Strike WTF?
My next quest is to generate 7 nova bomb orbs within 1 strike. I barely get 5 since the update, I did get 1, but then realized it had to be done in 1 strike. Don't know what to do now.
EDIT: I've done it now. Undying mind was the route for me. Thanks marius 777

Well, I have backed out of so many strikes ... I apologize to other players ... if I don't have at least 1 set of kills by the first phase, I orbit out.

Edited by way455: 9/10/2015 12:07:07 PMEasiest way is to start an earth strike and go the three knights at the patrol spawn, do the 3 bombs and then finish the strike. It's not not awful if you do it with 2 friends, you can all get it done at once feeding each other the orbs.

Undying mind with obsidian mind and bad ju ju. When yellow bars come down the stairs you can get it or on the boss when yellow bars spawn in a group they are just begging to be nova bombed

I started weekly with friends turned around went to the first area in patrol and kept bombing the hive majors did that for both the quest for my hunter and warlock doing it with my titan tomorrow

Try equipping an exotic armor piece that drops more orbs, and then do undying mind strike, or check the various ways on youtube that people uploaded.

go to the omnigul strike or devils lair strike, when you spawn call your sparrow and go to the steppes, the spawn location of patrol, go down towards where the 3 yellow bar hive spawn, weaken the knight a little and call in you nova bomb, that should generate 7 orbs that how i did it
