Did everybody quit playing prison of elders?
The reason I ask is I go on LFG and try to find a group to do Poe 35 and nobody ever responds but yet if its for a raid or nightfall I have no problem so my question is did everybody quit doing that part?
Well I guess that pretty much sums that up unless they add checkpoints ad better weapons I don't know what else to do because it looks like 99% as everyone that answered on here is done with it so to me that looks like prison of elders was a flop
I really love doing the raids and I can't wait until the next DLC for the new one but if it is not any better than this last two DLC I think I am officially done with this game too too much money to put in to do the same repetitive bullshit over and over
Thank you guys once again for all the comments I did not expect to get over 1000 comments that was interesting maybe Bungie will take a look at this and realize where they messed up and maybe do something about it

3 RepliesI don't like any of the regular PoE weapons so I don't really see any point going through 35 for a chance at the burn versions. Now I'm just trying to get better at crucible so I can get some ToO Adept weapons. Someday

1 ReplyI need one more armor piece for my Titan, and then I am done with that shit. PoE is the biggest joke perpetuated on the Destiny community so far. They said they designed it for replayability. What a joke. It's boring, it's not fun, and when you finish and get your "rewards" you wonder why you wasted your time.

I don't really bother with it anymore. I've got to make one or two more runs on Skolas to complete my last Elder Cipher bounty, but after that, I'm not going to touch it again unless I have a desperate need for EL. The rewards don't match up with the time it takes. I haven't gotten an Exotic drop since my first run on the Level 28, and I've gotten the same crappy Queen's weapons for the last 3 weeks. I don't need the armor or weapons Variks has for sale, so I don't need the cores. All in all, there is no reason to play it for rewards. And it doesn't really have the fun factor of the raids, so there is no reason to play it on that front either.

Exactly what everyone else said, BORING and shitty rewards. Even the good rewards are shitty.

The loot you get from PoE is -Blam!- You get a -Blam!-ing emblem, shader and a ship! Why not a exotic for beating Skolas or at least increase the chance! Stuff the elder cipher's which take forever for Variks to use. I hate PoE and I can't get to lighthouse for Trials so, I just go back to VOG - my favourite endgame content!

After collecting all the Elder Ciphers, I'm on the verge of it. After acquiring a Solar Burn Wolves Claw, there isn't any more incentive to keep playing PoE except to help others.

I have Queenbreaker's Bow and Lord of Wolves (better of both) and that's good enough. I'll do it if my friends want but that's about it.

I try to do 35 on all characters on reset day. I'm assuming a lot of other people do the same so later in the week not as many need it.

Once you have the three weapons for vault collection there is no point doing it again.

Why would you do it more than once? By the time you do it, you are level 34 with upgraded weapons that are better than any drops you can get. MAYBE if the fallen perks were in a bonus slot, instead of taking a regular slot, but even then...

Post on lfg and than hit 4 or 5 forum threads on the app. Longest it's taken to get a game that way is 5 min or so for me.

I have the elder cipher sitting in my bounty slot. Need to run it for Skola's etc to reach that point limit. But even for lord of wolves, queen breakers bow and dreg's whatever... I really can't find myself doing them. That will be something BUNGIE should consider when main the exotic bounties. Different missions are great. But if it means running the same shit over and over again it just becomes tedious.

Yes, PoE is pointles. It is long, slow, boring and the rewards are worthless. They aren't hard and only Skolas is a bit frustrating but there is no reason to play them anymore unless you need etheric light.
