Please GTFOH if you think $40 is too much.
Edit: To the people who won't be buying the new DLC because $40 is way too much, BYE FELICIA!!!
Edit #2: The butthurt is real.
Edit #3: This post wasn't to say LOOK AT ME! I buy all my shit. No one buys it for me. I know the value of a dollar. This post was to tell all the whiny ass kids to be quiet.

I'm buying it, put too much time into this game. Played it way more than any "destiny killer"
-
How much are the WoW DLCs? And guys there is something called work.
-
4 RepliesDude, $40 is like three Double Buffalo Bacon Cheeseburgers so don't fuq with my money, alright, I needs my Buffalo.
-
$60 where im from.. yeah.. its alot, but im still buying it.
-
40 whatevers is not much. For a DLC it could be a bit over-priced 60 is a full game. Ill expected atleast content equivalent to two thirds of the base game.
-
$40 is half a game, so unless Bungie is adding 50% more content to the game it is too much to spend on a DLC.

5 RepliesEdited by Poseidon1133: 6/10/2015 8:25:15 PMI am 100000% certain I make more money than you and I still think it's too much money for the likely contained content. Congrats though on making a douchy elitist post just to get comments and make yourself feel important. Classy.

$40 alone is not a lot of money. Paying $40 for a small DLC is because you are paying too much and getting so little.
-
2 RepliesFor $40 bucks, id take vault space lol
-
You obviously do not know the value if a dollar. The whole thing is stupid lol the dlc is not even priced and people are frothing at the mouth over a rumor.
-
That's like $400 to a squeaker
-
3 RepliesOf course it is not expensive for you. Your daddy will pay it for you!!
-
3 Replies40$ for a dlc is a bit much imo
-
50 cents a day
-
If it's 40 dollars worth of content I'll be happy to pay it. I'm waiting to make any kind of judgement until I know more about it.
-
4 RepliesMy mom would never buy that for me ( I'm 11 )
-
2 RepliesI paid a guy $80 to pick up the dog shit in my yard. Now tell me 40 is too much for DLC
-
Everyone is not like you...

2 RepliesEdited by qoslsnsmqaaksk: 6/10/2015 10:01:13 PMI know $40 for all the hours I'll be spending on the Taken King is way worth it. $60 for Destiny and $35 for Season pass and I have 21 days played according to Destiny Tracker. I don't know how the idea "Destiny is a ripoff" came across anyones mind.

Obvious troll is way too obvious

I can understand when players say that the playtime they have gotten from Destiny, hundreds of hours in fact is worth the cost of the game and it's DLC's. Then again looking at the other shooters that were released in '14 and early '15,CoD,Battlefield,Titanfall and the re-master of BL,did not really offer much competition. CoD and Battlefield were just more of the same,Titanfall has faded and Borderlands was just a re-master. Now it will be a matter of what's in store for the remainder of '15. The Division and the new Rainbow Six are on their way. So it might come down to where you think your money would be better spent. Destiny while solid in its core gameplay is far from perfect and has a lot of issues to iron out. Now if these new shooters coming out offer features and options that Destiny at present lacks and offer a equally solid gameplay, then you at see a shift in where players are willing to put their money.

I'll be buying it but I won't be happy if its lacking in content like Crota's End did. HoW was worth it for me. But for $40 I better not get bored after the first week of grinding.
-
$40 is less than the bag of pot I buy on the weekly so I'm good
-
I wish everyone would shut up about it until we know what it is
-
Edited by Fr33-StuF-pl0x: 6/10/2015 10:58:19 PM$40 is too much if it doesn't have atleast 3x the amount of content as the dark below and house of wolves have combined. Those two honestly should have been sold for $25 total considering the content they came with.

I think 30 would be better
