Simple as recovering your psn account on the ps4 and all your data is saved through your account not through the console memory. The whole process is painless.

So if you make an account on the ps4 it asks you if you have a previous ps3 account?

Not sure google recovering psn account on ps4 should ask you though as long as you use the same account you won't have to start over
