While Destiny has expanded over two of the most populated genres of Video Games (Competitive FPS and FPSRPG), this game is over. With Battlefield Hardline coming onto the scene this week, it brought with it the first well-balanced platform for competitive FPS since the Xbox 360. And if that isn't enough to completely empty out the Crucible side of Destiny (as if the bullshit patches haven't already ruined it for us), Borderlands is coming out for the next generation platforms next week. And that, as Bungie would put it, would be the final NITC. The amount of players that will be going to a true "Loot and Shoot" game will empty out the rest of Destiny's player base. Sorry Bungie, but maybe if you had put out a game you had actually advertised, as well as a game that lived up to thee hype, maybe you guys wouldn't have been brushed to the side like you have been. Regardless, Thanks for the hours of fun Destiny, I might be back if you do something exceptional with House of Wolves, but until then, Goodbye Guardians.
